My baby gained 4 ounces in the last 24 hours. YAY!!!
So, the good news is, she is gaining weight and we now know why she wasn't gaining before (she is not taking in enough milk during nursing). The bad news is, we've got alot of work to do to fix her problems so she can continue to gain weight.
We are doing what they call "Triple Feeding" (nurse, bottle, pump) and hopefully that will help her get back up to her birth weight. It is really helping her gain weight, but it is very exhausting for mommy. Hopefully we don't have to do it too much longer.
Then, we have a lactation nurse coming to the house on Friday to help us fix her nursing problems. Hopefully over the weekend we can get it all straightened out and she will be well on her way to growing like a big girl!

We are praying for you guys. We did the nurse/bottle/pump thing for a bit so I know just how exhausted you are. Laney is absolutely gorgeous! Love her!
