3 months old

My little Laney-Lou (that's my nickname for her) is already 3 months old.  These days she is blowing lots of bubbles, getter better at finding her hands, cooing up a storm and smiling a whole bunch! 

You never have to wonder what Laney is feeling, she tells you by the look on her face.  When she's happy, she smiles.  When she's sad, her bottom lips curls up and sticks out.  When she's confused, her eyebrows crinkle up.  When she's scared, her eyebrows lift up.

I'm not sure how much she is weighing these days, but she is definitley filling out and getting longer.  Her dark hair has been falling out for a while now, but now she has little tiny blonde peach fuzz coming in.  You won't be able to see it in the pictures, but trust me, its there!

Mommy:  {In a high picthed, concerned tone of voice} Bradyyyy????? What are you doing?

Brady: Getting Sis (meaning he wanted to get her out of her swing)

Mommy: Leave her alone sweety, she is swinging

Brady: {Decides to be all sly and pretend like he is giving a hug}

Mommy: Awww, let me take your picture!

Brady: {Grins for the camera}

Brady: {thinks to himself: If I just pretend to hug her, I can get my arms around her and pick her up before Mommy realizes it}

Mommy: {Figures out Brady's plan}  Brady, I see you!  I said leave sister alone!

Brady: {who me? what? im just giving her a hug}

In the end, Brady gets his way!  How could I deny this big brother the pleasure of holding his baby sister???

I hope this is G rated enough for the blog (I think it is).  I just thought it was too cute!  It's Brady's new favorite way to take a bath (errr, I mean shower!!)
