Lance's good friend and college roomate, Matt, invited us over to his parents house for the Fourth. We had a great time and Brady even made a new friend.
After the festivites at the Logue residence, we came back home to put the kids down for a nap. That night we were thinking about going into Georgetown to see some fireworks and then we quickly realized that there was no need, since our neighbors took it upon themselves to put on a great firework show right here in our own subdivision.
Honestly, I have never seen so many and such good "Do It Yourself" fireworks. They were just as good as the big shows. They were going off every where you turned! Brady LOVED it and Laney wasn't scared one single bit.
I didn't take any pictures of the fireworks (darn!) but here are a few shots from the get together at the Logue residence:
