
Well this week I didn't loose anything, but I didn't gain anything either. I am OK with that since I've had two fun (but hard to diet) weeks in a row (see below post).
I didn't do so great on the whole exercising thing this week. I only worked out Wednesday and Thursday. Then the weekend came and we were so busy, so I didn't work out then. Then Monday and Tuesday came and I was so tired from the weekend, and then thought to myself, I've already messed up this week by not exercising on the weekend, so I just didn't do it. I'm gonna try again this week - hopefully I do alot better.
