
Lost 2.5 this week. I actually didn't do that great with my eating (not terrible, but just not great). Also, I only exercised once this week. But I did drink LOTS of water, about 2 liters a day. So Im pretty sure that helped me get to the 2.5 lbs.
I've decided I'm going to just exercise when I can, but if I don't get to it, I'm not going to beat myself up over it. I just have to keep telling myself that I'm not wonder woman and I can't do it all. Maybe once Brady stops waking up a 4:00 in the morning, I'll give it another try.

Good job! I think that it's all about balance and you just have to do what you have to do!
