Biggest Loser Results - Week 2



I lost another 1.5 lbs this week. This week was so hard since we went out of town (I'll post more about in a seperate post). We ate out alot and I had little to no self control. But, as soon as we got back, I got back on track and so the scale was nice to me this morning.



I've decided that I'm going to start exercising again, TONIGHT! This is going to be the hardest part of the whole thing for me. My day is so jam packed already, that adding exercise is going to be tough. The only time I have to do it is after I put Brady to bed and usually by that time Im ready to just veg out in front of the TV or go to bed - but I'm going to try my hardest. Just do it - that will be my motto. Wish me luck!

Congrats on another 1.5 pounds! I am impressed that you did so well on a weekend that you were out of town...will power goes out the window when you are out of your normal environment. Good luck on your exercising! :)

You are an inspiration to me!! My days aren't near as busy as yours, and I still don't find the time to motivate myself to work out! Good for you!!

Good Luck on working out. I hope you can do it. You'll be my motivation if you can. I'm so exhausted by that time that I can't even move. Maybe you could even take a walk around JCP at lunch and you'll get some outside air too. You're doing great and losing 1.5lbs in a week is hard so keep it up!
