Last weekend, my sister, brother-in-law and nephew came down and we all went to SeaWorld. Laney spent the day with MaLyn and PaRoy because we were afraid of her in the heat. We made it a full day trip driving down in the morning and driving back that night.
I cannot put into words how much fun we had and how proud I am of our boys. They had a great time the entire day and we had not-a-one melt-down, fight, fit or anything. In the heat and with no nap! We took our double stroller that has the seats in front of each other instead of beside each other. The biggest issue we had all day was that the front seat was the one they both wanted to sit in. We implemented the take turns strategy and they followed it perfectly. I am still just beside myself at how great they did. Even when we went to Chili's at 8:00 for dinner, they made it through the whole meal in a good mood.

This was Brady's first ever movie experience. I had been waiting to take him to Cars 2 for his first movie, but this was a good test run. He did really good at first, but the 4-D effects kind of scared him. About half way through, he started crying and had to sit in Lance's lap. I don't blame him, the 4-D effects were a little scary :)

We did a lot of other activities that I didn't get any pictures of. We had a blast and we have already penciled in plans to go again in October and December :)

What a fun sounding day! I'm very impressed that two little guys did so well all day long! I think that shows good parenting! =) Glad you guys had a great day, and I hope you didn't get too overheated! The only time we were at SeaWorld down there, it was SO hot!!
