I was tagged

I have been tagged. I didn't know what that meant, but neither did the person who tagged me (Thanks Alyson) and we both seemed to figure it out. Here it goes...
Me, Me, A to Z

A: Attached or Single? Attached. Lance and I have been together for 9 years, married 5 years.

B: Best Friend? Michelle, my new sister. For those who don’t know, Michelle is my biological sister, who I just met 2 years ago. My mom had her at a young age and gave her up for adoption to an awesome, loving family. We are the best of friends and I am so grateful to have her in my life.

C: Cake or Pie? It depends on my mood. Sometimes I crave the sugary taste of a white cake with white icing. Other times, the pie crust with gooey apple stuff hits the spot.

D: Day of Choice? Duh! Saturday – sleep in late, do whatever we want during the day and stay up late too!

E: Essential Item? Hand lotion. If I don't put on lotion after I wash my hands, everything I touch makes me cringe (much like nails on a chalk board for some people). I know its weird, but its kinda like the lotion provides a barrier between my hands and everything I touch.

F: Favorite Color? Used to be purple, but since Brady was born, it has changed to blue. My baby looks so good in blue – it matches his eyes :)

G: Gummy Bears or Gummy Worms? Bears – I still think its fun to lick them and stick them to my shirt (or maybe someone else’s shirt!)

H: Hometown? Nope.... OK – I know this isn’t a yes or no question, but I really don’t have a hometown. I moved a lot growing up, but I was always in the Dallas “area”, so I guess I could say Dallas.

I: Favorite Indulgence? Going to the movies. It's so much fun to go and live in a fantasy for a couple of hours - not to mention the popcorn!

J: January or July? July. I don’t necessarily like it that hot, but I really can’t stand the cold! At least in July you can go to the pool and have some cool, summer fun!

K: Kids? 1 son, Brady. He is 3 months old and the most amazing gift I could ever imagine.

L: Life isn't complete without? Family and friends. I am so blessed with the greatest family and friends in the whole world. I don't even want to imagine life without them.

M: Marriage Date? May 31, 2003 at Reunion Ranch in Georgetown, TX.

N: Number of brothers and sisters? Even though I grew up as an only child, I do have a few brothers and sisters: 1 half-sister (see “B” above), 1 brother-in-law (in heaven) and 1 step-brother.

O: Oranges or apples? Apples – but only red, the green ones are too sour for my taste.

P: Phobias? Umm, everything! I am a chronic worry-er. I know that's not what most people think of when they ask about phobias, but seriously, I am scared of bad stuff happening to me, my family and my friends.

Q: Quotes? "This too, shall pass"

R: Reasons to smile? Brady. Levi. Jones.

S: Season of choice? Fall. I love the smell of the air in the Fall. Plus Halloween is in the Fall. I can’t wait to dress up my little monkey this year :)

T: Tag 5 people? Let’s go with Erin Thomas, Aly Scott, Aubrey & Jen, Will & Christy. Sorry guys, y'all are the only bloggers I know that I haven't seen tagged :-P

U: Unknown fact? I love to sing and play guitar. Most people don't know that about me because I am so shy that I only play and sing for myself and Lance (and now Brady).

V: Vegetable? Corn on the cob, yum!

W: Worst Habit? Biting my nails. I am getting better about it though – I think now that I am a mommy, I just don’t have time anymore :)

X: X-Ray or Ultrasound? Ultrasound. I cherish each one of my pictures of Brady in my womb - even the ones that look like a big black hole with a white dot in it.

Y: Your favorite food? Mac & Cheese - it brings out my inner-kid :)

Z: Zodiac sign? Gemini.
